These terms apply to your use of adchievers.me (the “site”), operated by ADCHIEVERS FZ-LLC (“Adchievers”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About the site

The site describes our paid advertising, SEO + GEO and fractional CMO services and lets you contact us, request a proposal or apply for a role. It is provided for general information and does not by itself create a client relationship.

2. Our services

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, commitment period and responsibilities of each side. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Proposals, budgets and timelines discussed before an agreement is signed are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in writing.

3. Results and case studies

Results, screenshots, reviews and figures on the site reflect past campaigns for specific clients, markets and budgets. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including the advertising platforms, market conditions, your product, pricing, website and creative. Past results do not guarantee future results, and nothing on the site is a promise of a specific outcome.

4. Information on the site

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate or up to date. Articles and guides are general information, not professional advice for your particular situation. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

5. Your use of the site

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
• submit false information or someone else’s details through our forms;
• send spam, malware or automated submissions;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or data, or disrupt how it works;
• copy, scrape or reuse site content except as allowed below.

6. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, the Adchievers name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Adchievers. Client names, logos and reviews belong to their owners and are shown with permission or as publicly available. You may view and share links to our pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not reproduce, modify or republish our content without written permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Elias Saliba’s booking site. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Adchievers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms or change the site at any time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute about them or the site will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless a signed agreement between us says otherwise.
